Jo's Chocolate Pie (Auntie) 1.5 cups flour 1.5 sticks Oleo 1 cup chopped pecans 8 oz. cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 12 oz. Cool Whip 6 oz. box instant pudding milk, for pudding Crust: 1.5 cups flour 1.5 sticks Oleo -->Blend with pastry blender until mixed. Add 1 cup roughly chopped pecans. Bake until brown. Cool. Press in 9x2 Pyrex dish. First Layer: 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.) 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup Cool Whip -->Mix and put on top of crust. Second Layer: -->Mix one 6 oz. box instant chocolate pudding following directions on box. Pour over first layer. Top with Cool Whip. (Buy 12 oz. Cool Whip)
