Pumpkin Orange Delight (Me Maw) 1.5 cups flour 3/4 cups Oleo or butter 1 cup nuts chopped fine -->Mix and press in 9x13x2 pan. Bake at 350 deg. F. 35 minutes. Cool. Bottom Layer: 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp) 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup Cool Whip -->Mix and spread on cool crust. Top Layer: .5 cups sugar 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin .5 tsp cinnamon .5 tsp nutmeg .5 tsp ginger -->Mix 3 eggs and .5 cups milk in sauce pan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add 1 can pumpkin, 1 tsp. grated orange rind, .25 cups orange juice. Chill until partly set. -->Beat the 3 egg whites and .5 cup sugar and fold into pumpkin mixture.
