Stacey's Deviled Eggs -->hard-boil 12 eggs. Remove to ice water to make easier to peel. -->peel eggs. slice in half, separating whites and yolks. mash yolks with a fork. to mashed yolks, add: 2 TBSP mayo 1 tsp mustard salt and pepper to taste -->mix in about 1/2 of a small jar of dill pickle relish. Add about 1/2 of the juice remaining in the jar. (Taste as you go.) -->Stuff mixture into egg whites, sprinkle with paprika or arbol molido, and serve chilled.
